1. Registration period will be from December 1, 2005 to April 15, 2006.
    Phone-in or e-mail registration requests will NOT be accepted.

2. Registrants who wish to submit Abstracts should create the poster abstract in the specified format    Deadline: APRIL 1, 2006.

    Abstracts will be selected on the basis of scientific merit, and grading will be blinded. Accepted abstracts     will be printed in the conference Monograph. Accepted abstracts will be presented as Posters.

    First authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by e-mail starting March 15, 2006. At that time, Poster     Guidelines will be provided.

    At the 2004 conference, we established a young investigator award for the best poster presented at the     conference. The award will be continued for 2006 and will be presented during the conference.

4. All Media must register, if they wish to attend (ONLY) the Cardiovascular Cell and Gene Therapy     Conference III. As well, you must contact Lorraine Duda at  lduda@partners.org regarding necessary     credentials and possible interviews.

5. To Exhibit, a company must be a Sponsor of the Cardiovascular Cell and Gene Therapy Conference III.     If your company wishes to become a Sponsor, please contact Dr. Roger Hajjar at rhajjar@partners.org or     Peggy Bonine at mbonine@partners.org.

6. For Cardiovascular Cell and Gene Therapy Conference III attendees, the new flat rate parking fee                 is $18.00 per day (valet will be $20), and overnight parking is $25 per vehicle, at the Royal Sonesta             Hotel.

Exhibitors: Information and Guidelines

- Where: West Tower, Grand Ballroom A.

- Size: 6’ Tables will be set up around the room in alphabetical order by Sonesta.

- Company’s name: How table should be labeled by Sonesta.

- Table Set-Up: April 24: Between 8:00 and 10:30 AM.

- Table Break-Down: April 26: Between 6:15 and 7:00 PM.

- Liability: Neither the Cardiovascular Cell and Gene Therapy Conference III, Massachusetts General     Hospital, nor the Royal Sonesta Hotel is responsible for any loss, damage, liability, etc. concerning your     company’s exhibit/exhibitor.

- Giveaways: Associated only with your company.

- NOT PERMITTED: food or drink at your table; advertising outside of your table area; distribution of     material other than product information; raffle/drawing; or other entertainment.
