Your Concerns are Important
If patients or family members are not satisfied with service at the MGH or have an unresolved concern about patient care or safety, they may contact various resources within the MGH or with outside regulatory agencies to voice their concerns. The MGH encourages all patients and families to report any issues to the hospital through the Office of Patient Advocacy or by contacting a member of hospital management. If a matter remains unresolved, external agencies are available for assistance.
