MGH Hotline 07.10.09 In celebration of Boston Pride 2009, the MGH Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Employee Resource Group sponsored a contingent to march in the city's annual Pride Parade June 13.

TAKING PRIDE IN DIVERSITY: MGH LGBT Employee Resource Group members at Boston's 2009 Pride Parade

In celebration of Boston Pride 2009, the MGH Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Employee Resource Group sponsored a contingent to march in the city's annual Pride Parade June 13. The event, which comprised 200 groups representing LGBT community interests and Boston business entities, was viewed by thousands of spectators from the South End to Government Center. More than 40 members of the MGH LGBT group participated this year by carrying a banner showing the MGH's commitment to supporting diversity in the community.
