MGH Senior HealthWISE hosts cabaret
That's entertainment: MGH Senior HealthWISE participants enjoy the talents of the Boston Conservatory Cabaret performers.
The talented students of the Boston Conservatory sang and danced several cabaret selections for members of MGH Senior HealthWISE during an April 26 performance at the Thier Conference Room. Eleven students performed a showcase of songs, including "Anything You Can Do" from Annie Get Your Gun and "Never Never Land" from Peter Pan.
"The cabaret ensemble was marvelous," says Barbara Moscowitz, MSW, LICSW, of the MGH Geriatric Medicine Unit. "It is always so wonderful to have the Boston Conservatory visit our seniors, who look forward to what has become an annual spring tradition."
The cabaret group regularly performs shows for community organizations throughout Boston and is a part of the Boston Conservatory Connections program, which provides student performances for those who are unable to attend traditional performances.
