Mass General Imaging today announces the formation of The Webster Center for Advanced Research and Education in Radiation, a research effort aimed at reducing patient exposure to radiation in every exam we perform. In addition to developing dose-reduction methods, the Webster Center, which is named for a former Mass General radiologist who dedicated his career to patient safety, is focused on sharing these methods—developed through more than a decade of effort—with radiology practitioners worldwide via a variety of educational initiatives.
