Singer-songwriter Ben Folds, far right, was the headliner and host at "A Cappella Palooza!" a concert to benefit the MGH Cancer Center. Approximately 4,000 fans flocked to the Agganis Arena at Boston University (BU) on April 29 to see Folds, a judge on NBC's music show "The Sing-Off," and several of the show's finest acts, including the Massachusetts-based group The North Shore. A group from BU, The Dear Abbeys, also performed. Thanks to ticket sales and support from local and national sponsors, the concert raised nearly $200,000.
