In General: Dianne M. Finkelstein, PhD
Dianne M. Finkelstein, PhD, director of the MGH Biostatistics Unit, has been awarded a five-year, $2.5 million grant from the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health to serve as the principal investigator for the Data Coordinating Center for the Rare Cancer Genetics Registry. The registry is a database of people able to participate in research studies, along with DNA and tumor banks, to help researchers create better methods of preventing and treating rare cancers.
