The Clubs at Charles River Park has introduced the latest addition to its health club – the PurMotion FTS 200. The large free-standing training station is designed to accommodate multiple people working out together to perform the latest functional strength training exercises through innovative workouts.
“Shouldn’t working out be fun? That’s my response when people ask me about this new functional training equipment,” says Katie Morgis, certified personal trainer and program director for The Clubs. “This new system allows workouts to not only be more fun, but faster and more efficient as well.”
The PurMotion includes multiple options for weight training, rope pulls, resistance band exercises and a pulley system that provides users a full-body workout in one location. The equipment was officially unveiled during a special ribbon-cutting ceremony on Jan. 30. The club’s trainers will offer free demonstrations throughout February.
