The MGH is proud and thankful for all of its dedicated employees who helped ensure smooth operations during the nor’easter that hit the region on Feb. 8 and 9, which dumped some 25 inches of snow in Boston. These photos provide a small glimpse into hospital life and showcase just a few of the many employees who sprang into action and worked together before, during and after the storm to ensure excellent care for patients and their families. To recognize the extraordinary efforts of so many MGHers who "weathered" the Blizzard of 2013 here at the hospital, Public Affairs and Human Resources have created a video featuring the stories and faces of just a few of those who went the extra mile to make sure our patients were well cared for. The video is best viewed at 1080p (HD), which you can select by clicking on the wheel that looks like a gear on the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
