Enterprise Vault: A new way to manage email

21/Jun/2013

Between now and the summer of 2014, MGH employee email accounts will gradually be moved to the Enterprise Vault system, a new tool that eliminates concerns about storage quotas, or being sent to “email jail.”

More than 1,200 users are scheduled to move to the Enterprise Vault each week. Information Systems will notify staff as their migration date approaches and will provide training resources, including training videos demonstrating how the system works with Microsoft Outlook.

New employee accounts are automatically set up with Enterprise Vault. Upon their start, they will receive a welcome message with a link to documentation and the information videos.

For more information, access the intranet: Partners Application > Utilities > Enterprise Vault.
