Nominate teams or leaders for the 2014 Service Excellence Awards
A new award recognizes achievement related to patient survey scores and also recognizes teams and leaders who have helped create an outstanding patient experience. The first group of awards will be linked directly to 2013 inpatient and outpatient survey results. The second group of awards -- for teams and leaders -- will be chosen from nominations submitted by MGH employees. The Patient Experience Leadership Council, comprised mostly of senior management, will select winners.
