CHRISTMAS COMES EARLY: On Christmas Eve day, Santa Claus will make a special stop at the MassGeneral Hospital for Children (MGHfC) to deliver gifts on behalf of the MGH Blood Donor Center. Throughout December, blood donors are invited to
participate in the center’s Puppy Pals Program by writing holiday messages on gift tags, which are attached to toys that will be delivered to pediatric patients. This year, members of the UMass Lowell Student Nurses Association, pictured here, donated toys and games for the annual event. Gift donations also were made by the UMass Lowell Student Nurses Without Borders group.
