The Office of Patient Advocacy is located in the lobby of the Wang Ambulatory Care Center in Room 018. The telephone number is 617-726-3370. Patient Advocates are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm, excluding holidays. Patient Advocates are available to meet with patients, families, visitors or staff or they can be contacted by telephone from inside or outside of the hospital. Walk-ins are always welcome. You can also contact a Patient Advocate in writing or by e-mail and you will receive a timely response.
