Last modified 07-14-08

Our FACSAria cell sorter is a 3-laser system (blue, red, violet) that can detect up to 9 colors. It is housed in a biosafety cabinet in a dedicated BL2 room so that we are able to perform sorts of biohazardous samples. The typical configuration is below. Tips and guidelines for instrument use can be found under "Core documents".

The sorter is located in CNY 149, Room 5555A, which can be entered through room 5555B, where the 4 Laser LSR2 is located. Your keycard must be activated to gain access to these rooms.
