Dr. Selter is Instructor in Psychiatry at Hardvard Medical School. Dr. Selter earned his medical degree from Downstate Medical Center, State University of NY, Brooklyn, NY. He completed his training in pediatrics before entering psychiatry. He did his Adult Psychiatry training at MGH and his Child Psychiatry training at McLean Hospital. He currently works on the pediatric consult service at MGH with children who have acute and chronic illnesses. Dr. Selter also is interested in working with children, adolescents and adults in therapy.
