Cognitive Behavioral TherapyThe MGH Schizophrenia program provides the opportunity for patients and families to receive cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) by participating in research studies. Current studies focus on the treatment of residual negative symptoms in schizophrenia and behavioral family treatment for families with a member diagnosed with severe mental illness (schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar disorder) and alcohol or drug misuse.
