For those interested in participating in ALS clinical trials, the Mass General ALS Multidisciplinary Clinic offers the opportunity to participate in clinical trials. Our staff are trained to help you fully understand what it means to participate in a clinical trial.
Clinical Trial Enrollment and Coordination Dr. Cudkowicz and her ALS team are respected as world leaders in developing new treatments for people with ALS. Our patients are offered the opportunity to enroll in important clinical studies of new ALS treatments. Clinical trials offer a better understanding of ALS, providing for better treatments, improved survival, better quality of life and ultimately, a cure. Working in collaboration with many other study sites in the United States through its association and leadership of the Northeast ALS Consortium (www.nealsconsortium.org), Mass General is in the forefront of ALS research.
The ALS Multidisciplinary Clinic currently has several clinical studies that are enrolling.
