Insurance Pre-Authorizations Prior to your appointment, the Registration and Referral Center will validate your insurance information with your insurer and obtain any necessary pre-authorizations. If necessary, we will contact you before your visit to obtain additional registration and eligibility information.
Managed Care Referrals
The Registration and Referral Center will confirm that all necessary managed care referrals have been obtained from your primary care physician and completed before your appointment. We will contact you if we are unable to reach your physician.
