Care for Life

Our doctors are board-certified family practice doctors or pediatric specialists. This specialized training means that our doctors are uniquely qualified to care for patients of any age, from newborns to seniors. As your child matures and grows to adolescence and adulthood, there is never a need to change doctors.

Personalized Pediatric Services

We realize that parents know their children best and welcome you as a full partner in your child’s care.

In addition to comprehensive primary care services, we offer programs and support to enhance your child’s health and well-being and help you as a parent.

Shared Office Visit

Our care model emphasizes high-quality, safe and effective care. At every office visit, you will see your child’s doctor and nurse to ensure all of your questions are answered.

Warm Line

Whenever you have a question about your child's health, behavior, eating habits or other issue that you would like to ask a nurse about, call our Warm Line to speak directly to a nurse during office hours (8:30 am-4:30 pm, Monday to Friday).

Handbook for New Parents

Every new MGH Back Bay parent receives a complimentary handbook that we think is one of the best, the American Academy of Pediatrics “Caring for Your Baby and Your Child, Birth to Age 5.

Reach Out and Reach

To encourage literacy and a love of reading, we give children ages six months to five years a book to read, to keep and enjoy at each well-child visit.
