The Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Psychiatry Patient and Family Education Series presents a free educational program for families, patients and friends:"Caring for Yourself While Caring for Others: Mind Body Self-care for Caregivers." This program will be hosted by the faculty of the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at MGH.
This free educational program for caregivers aims to educate caregivers about strategies that they employ to reduce stress and prevent burnout. Patients, families and friends are welcome to attend this free event. Registration is required.
