We offer a variety of Yoga classes including: Kripalu Yoga, Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), and Laughter Yoga. All three are described below. Private Yoga instruction is also available for those would prefer individualized attention. Check back here frequently for updates on Yoga class schedules.

Kripalu Yoga - Ten Sessions
The Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital (BHI) offers you a daytime Yoga session and early evening Yoga sessions. Yoga classes at the BHI are modeled after the Kripalu tradition. You will learn various yoga techniques to relax the body and quiet the mind, including breath awareness, yoga postures and deep relaxation. The overall experience reduces chronic stress and deepens personal awareness. Classes are appropriate for beginners and those who have an ongoing yoga practice. No previous yoga experience is required, just a willingness to relax. All abilities are welcome. Ideal for beginners.
Unless otherwise specified, Yoga Kripalu classes are held at the Benson-Henry Institute, 151 Merrimac Street, 4th Floor, Boston.

Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) - One Sessions Specialty Class
Treat yourself to an hour of deep relaxation. Following the principals of yoga nidra (yogic sleep), you will be guided to relax your body, quiet your mind and set a positive intention for the coming days. Benefits of yoga nidra include: improved sleep, an overall sense of well-being, and an enhanced sense of control over stress. No previous yoga experience is required, just a willingness to relax. All abilities are welcome. Ideal for beginners.

Laughter Yoga - One Session Specialty Program
Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises with relaxing yogic breathing techniques to relieve stress, enhance your mood and improve your health. What starts as laughter exercises quickly turns into genuine laughter, initiating positive changes in the body, mind and emotions. No previous yoga experience is necessary, just a desire to laugh and cultivate joy.

Therapeutic Yoga - Individual Instruction
We offer individual instruction in Therapeutic Yoga. Conditions that may benefit from Therapeutic Yoga include: anxiety, addiction, asthma, cancer, cardiac issues, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, depression, diabetes, fibromyalgia, headaches, high blood pressure, infertility, insomnia, menopause, osteoporosis and weight gain.
Cost Per Individual Session (Self Pay): First one-hour session is $125. Subsequent one-hour sessions are $90 each.
