Mind Body Skills Training for Peri/Menopause provides individual training designed to reduce stress and enhance resiliency. Our self-care strategies have been shown to relieve symptoms commonly associated with this transition.

We’ll Teach You Skills to Help You:

  • Manage physical symptoms including hot flashes, insomnia, headaches, and changes in mood and sexuality
  • Understand the hormonal and physiologic changes that occur during perimenopause/menopause
  • Regain a sense of control and well-being
  • Work in partnership with your doctor to make informed choices that can help promote lifelong health

Instructor
Individual sessions are conducted by Leslee Kagan, MS, NP, an expert in the field of women’s health and Director of Women’s Health programs at the Benson-Henry Institute.

Cost Per Individual Session
These sessions are covered by most insurance plans.
