Urgent Care

At BMG we offer our existing patients same day appointments. Whether you are not feeling well or have an injury, BMG is staffed with your Primary Care Physician and their colleagues of physicians, nurses, and nurse practitioners who are available to help.

To schedule urgent care, same day appointments, please call BMG at 617-724-6610 and speak to one of our staff members who will help schedule a same day appointment at a convenient time between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. BMG is committed to seeing all its patients in a timely manner.

Patients with life-threatening illnesses or injuries should go immediately to the Emergency Room or dial 911.

Partners Patient Gateway

Current patients may use Partners Patient Gateway to manage their health care online, request prescription renewals and insurance referrals, make appointments and communicate with their doctor at their convenience. Access Partners Patient Gateway.

Please do not use Partners Patient Gateway for Urgent Medical Issues, in these cases call the office at 617-724-6610 to speak with BMG staff.

Things you should know when sending your care team a message via Partners Patient Gateway:

  • Partners Patient Gateway messages are excellent for routine questions or following up with your care team.
  • Depending on your message, your doctor or nurse may ask you to call them to discuss your message. Please indicate a number where you may be reached.
  • Just like a phone call, your email message will be reviewed by office staff first and then sent to the appropriate doctor or nurse.
  • Your messages will be responded to during regular office hours.
  • Your doctor or nurse may put copies of your e-mail messages in your medical record, when appropriate.

To send your care team a message via Partners Patient Gateway:

To send a message to your provider please access Partners Patient Gateway, log in using your username and password, select the “Mail” tab and “Write” option. Follow further instructions provided.

Please Note: When sending a message to your nurse or dietitian, please make out the attention to him/her in the subject heading.
