Biography

Dr. Hoang is a clinical pathologist specializing in dermatopathology. She is the course director of the 2015 Harvard Medical School Dermatopathology Update course scheduled for September of 2015 at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel. She lectures at the annual American Society of Dermatopathology meetings, and is a faculty member of the annual Current Concepts in Surgical Pathology, last held in the fall of 2014. She has published over 120 articles. In 2014, published the e-book Melanocytic Lesions : A Case Based Approach.

Research

Dr. Hoang's research focuses on the diagnostic utility of immunohistochemistry in cutaneous neoplasms and the development of educational platforms using the latest technology.
