Prostate cancer is the second most common form of cancer in men, yet diagnosing this condition still presents a challenge. Physicians have traditionally used the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood test to screen for prostate cancer. However, this diagnostic test may produce unclear results.
The goal of this course is to provide a comprehensive and practical review of current and emerging applications of cross-sectional imaging modalities in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical gastrointestinal, genitourinary and gynecological conditions. It will use a hybrid delivery model incorporating short, to-the-point didactic lectures followed by case-based educational material.
