Carol A. Ghiloni Oncology Nursing Fellowship Program at the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center was established to promote interest in oncology among future nurses and nursing faculty. The Carol A. Ghiloni Oncology Nursing Fellowship Program was established to promote interest in oncology among future nurses and nursing faculty. Each summer, senior nursing students work with staff to explore career options in oncology. In addition, the Program enables area faculty to pursue summer appointments in the Cancer Center so that they can gain experiences to assist them in integrating principles of oncology nursing into undergraduate curricula.

We welcome new graduate nurses to our team and support them through a twelve-month professional development program focused on the nursing care of oncology patients. We also seek to strengthen collaborative relationships with area collegiate nursing programs and provide clinical placements for nursing students.
