Five Ways the HOPES Program Can Help You Relax

  1. Try Gentle Yoga. Gentle stretching can help restore the body and the mind.
  2. Come to the workshop: Learning to Relax.
  3. Enjoy a chair massage before or after your treatment. Just ask your nurse.
  4. Write down your thoughts. It can help you manage stress. Get started by coming to a journal writing workshop.
  5. Stop and listen to the harp music played regularly throughout the Cancer Center.
