Because employees who strive for excellence are always reaching for more, the Massachusetts General Hospital offers a rich array of opportunities and programs for education, training, development and enrichment. Our goal is to keep you engaged and excited, learning and achieving, throughout your career. Beyond these programs, all employees are also encouraged to serve on hospital or department committees that match their interests and to participate in our many community outreach and volunteer programs.
