Established in September 2008, the Health Education Planning Group seeks to enhance the role of health education in primary care practice at each of the MGH HealthCare Centers.

The Health Education Planning Group engages Health Educators, Nurse Educators and other staff from the MGH Health Centers in identifying needs, setting priorities, developing teaching tools, resources and programs across the Health Centers.
