MGH Community Health Associates (CHA) supports the work of MGH Health Care Centers serving Charlestown, Chelsea, Everett, Revere, and the North End (affiliate) in delivering comprehensive, high quality, primary and preventive health services including wellness and health promotion to the low income and underserved populations living and working in these communities. CHA provides program development and support, clinical supervision, grant writing, contract and fiscal management, practice redesign facilitation, health education, and advocacy.
