Through providing program development, clinical supervision, fiscal and grant management for four MGH HealthCare Centers serving Charlestown, Chelsea, Everett, and Revere, MGH Community Health Associates is dedicated to supporting each of these HealthCare Centers in delivering comprehensive, high quality, primary and preventive health services including wellness and health promotion services to low income and underserved populations living and working in these communities.
