Community Health Center Capacity Building Services
Each of the three MGH HealthCare Centers at Charlestown, Chelsea, and Revere receives resources from the Bureau of Family and Community Health (MDPH) that support the center’s infrastructure for community health programming including medical interpreter services, community outreach, and health education.
