Car
Seat Program
The Car Seat Program provides toddler car seats at
low or no cost to eligible families who would otherwise be unable to afford
this critical safety measure. We also provide training on proper installation
and use of the car seat. Each participating health center (MGH Charlestown, Chelsea, and Revere) assigns an on-site
contact person who is responsible for training each car seat recipient.
