Community Based Services for Women of Reproductive Age
Resources from the Bureau of Family and Community Health (MDPH) provide support
for the MGH Chelsea Health Center's comprehensive perinatal program. This includes primary care, OB/GYN, mental health and substance abuse services, and oral health (provided by referral) to Chelsea women. Services are provided by a team of professionals and para-professionals. At the "hub" of the program is a Perinatal Program Coordinator who ensures that patients receive all of the available services they need to ensure a healthy pregnancy and delivery.
