School-Based Health Center Program (SBHC)
Two School-Based Health Centers are currently in operation at Chelsea High
School and Revere High School respectively. Services provided at each center
include primary care, mental health counseling, nutrition counseling, prevention
education, violence prevention, and assistance with health insurance enrollment.
