“Pack It In” Tobacco Treatment, Outreach,
and Referral Program
Pack It In provides tobacco treatment, outreach, and referral services to
residents of Charlestown, Chelsea, Everett, and Revere. As the
only tobacco treatment service in many of these communities, Pack It In enhances
the ability of providers and clinical staff in identifying, encouraging, and
helping smokers to quit. The program currently provides services including group and individual counseling as well as hypnotherapy.
Since 1993, more than 3,500 clients have received services from the program.
