Smart Choices Program is designed to strengthen the capacity of agencies located in Charlestown through grant-making.
The program helps Charlestown agencies meet the health and human service needs of the community. Several one-year grants of up to $25,000 each are awarded every year. CHA coordinates the grant application process.
