The Mass General Center for Community Health Improvement (CCHI) collaborates with community and hospital partners to build and sustain healthier communities, and to enhance the hospital's responsiveness to patients and community members from diverse backgrounds. MassGeneral Hospital for Children maintains a close working relationship with CCHI and the Mass General community health centers in Chelsea, Revere, and Charlestown to support a wide range of programs and partnerships that foster the health and well-being of infants, children, and adolescents in our communities.
