This live, half-day symposium will focus on the unique challenges facing the office based pediatric practitioner such as pediatric sports Injuries and common GI issues seen in the primary care setting. Subject matter presented will increase awareness of evolving and commonly encountered issues in daily practice, improving diagnostic skills and patient care. Experts will update attendees with new approaches to diagnosis and treatment of a number of problems encountered routinely in the office. There will be six presentations discussing current topics in the areas of:

  • Office Management & Triage of the Acute Sports Injury
  • Youth Sport Concussion
  • Advocacy of Child Injury Prevention Laws
  • Thyroid Disorders
  • Adolescent Eating Disorders
  • Chronic Abdominal Pain
