Dr. Pieretti has 35 years of experience in Pediatric Urology and Pediatric Surgery. He practiced Pediatric Urology during 29 years in Caracas, Venezuela, where he founded 3 services of Pediatric Surgery and Urology. He has extensive experience in the broad clinical spectrum of pediatric urological conditions. Six years ago, he was recruited by the Massachusetts General Hospital for Children were he acts as the head of the section of Pediatric Urology.
