BiographyDr. Mark Salvatore is a board certified pediatric gastroenterologist with clinical interests in colic, infantile and childhood food protein intolerances, celiac disease and the application of Mind Body Medicine to pediatric patients with gastrointestinal illnesses. He has recently joined Dr. Alessio Fasano in the Center for Celiac Research and Treatment.
