As part of a clinical drug trial led by Nicole Sherry, MD, of MassGeneral Hospital for Children, Michael Staveley-O’Carroll has enjoyed an extended “honeymoon phase.”
Nicole Sherry, MD, explains the results of a clinical trial for patients with type 1 diabetes undergoing therapy with teplizumab.
Dr. Sherry's focus is to develop a better understanding of type 1 diabetes by conducting current trials in immune therapy for type 1 diabetes (TIDM) and leading the development of new approaches to clinical trials in this field.
