The practice of general pediatrics requires a large knowledge base covering many areas of practice. Keeping up to date is a challenge. Using the yearly course evaluations, we determine the topic areas most needed by pediatricians. These generally include disciplines that are not well-taught during training. The course attempts to present state of-the-art information that pediatricians can incorporate into their daily practices.
