Cell phones and wireless devices may be used at the discretion of the inpatient unit staff. Please ask a staff member before you use cell phones or wireless devices.
TTY (Text Telephone)
Families with a deaf or hard of hearing person can use the TTY line (text telephone) for internal and outbound phone calls. TTY lines are located in all inpatient rooms and floor lounges. The TTY phone number is 617-726-0354 / 617-724-8800.
