Goals and Objectives of Rotation:
- To become acquainted with various imaging modalities for children, application of these modalities in the outpatient and inpatient setting.
- To learn basics of interpreting chest, bone and abdominal films
- Learning about radiation safety and ways of reducing radiation exposure in children
- To learn available pediatric radiology resources to assist a resident in choosing the correct exam for a patient.
