School-Based Health Center Program (SBHC)

Currently two School-Based Health Centers are in operation at Chelsea High School and Revere High School respectively. Services provided at each school health center include primary care, mental health counseling, nutrition counseling, prevention education, violence prevention, and assistance with health insurance enrollment.
