The Massachusetts General Hospital Clinical Research Center (CRC) offers investigators and staff a variety of tools including a center calendar, user forms, and information about doctor’s orders, fee schedules and protocol submissions.
Please complete an ancillary only visit log for any visit for your study that is ancillary only. Ancillary only visits are those visits that utilize only the CRC ancillary limit and do not use any other resource, such as space, nursing, or nutrition. Please complete these visits on a monthly basis, and as soon as possible after the end of every month.

Please complete a processing only log for any activity for your study that used processing services on Bulfinch 4 or the CRC.
Processing only visits are those visits that utilize only the CRC lab processing services or the equipment on Bulfinch 4 and do not use any other resource, such as ancillaries, space, nursing, or nutrition. Processing only visits that take place on the CRC must be entered into the scheduling system. Please complete these logs on a monthly basis, and as soon as possible after the end of every month. The HCCRC Protocol Review Application is a web-based tool that allows investigators to submit requests for Harvard Catalyst-funded in- and outpatient resources. Investigators may apply for resources at one or more of the HCCRC's Clinical Research Centers.
The scatter visit log is used for visits that are conducted off our units on White 13 and Bldg 149 in the Charlestown Navy Yard. Please complete these visits on a monthly basis, and as soon as possible after the end of every month. Thank you for your assistance.
The HCCRC Scheduling Program is a web-based tool that allows study staff to schedule their subject visits.
Staff licensure(s), credentials, CV, CITI training and associated clinical and/or non clinical competencies are maintained by ND/MNR Director and unit CNS, as per MGH policies and procedures.
