Welcome! We’re glad you’ve found your way
to the Massachusetts General Hospital’s website
for clinical research. From here you can find information
about research studies at the MGH and a wealth of other
information about clinical research and opportunities
to participate. We hope you and your family will consider
volunteering because it is through a partnership of study
volunteers and doctors that we make medical advances.

The Clinical Research Program is the institution's infrastructure
for clinical investigators. Its broad mission is to help
create
- A cadre of well trained clinical investigators with
opportunities to make careers in clinical research,
and
- A nurturing environment for clinical research within
the institution
The Program provides direct services to investigators
in all types of clinical research including translational
research, clinical trials, and outcomes/disease management
studies. The CRP also develops innovative tools to anticipate
and enable future opportunities in clinical research.
Finally, the CRP works to foster communication within
the institution, system, other academic health centers
and the NIH about matters of importance to clinical investigators.
