About
Dr. Paul Huang grew up in New York (though he prefers the Red Sox to the Yankees) and graduated summa cum laude from Columbia College. He attended Harvard Medical School (Harvard-MIT HST Division), and received his MD and PhD degrees in 1985. His medical residency and fellowship training in Cardiovascular Diseases were done at MGH. He was selected from his group to be the Chief Medical Resident in 1990. Dr. Huang then did a postdoctoral fellowship with Dr. Mark Fishman at the CVRC, and started his own research laboratory in 1994. He was named Associate Director of the CVRC in December 2005.
