Xiaolin Gao, PhD
Xiaolin Gao did his graduate study in Dr. Martin C. Rechsteiner's lab in the Department of Biochemistry, University of Utah and received his PhD in 2006. He joined the lab as a postdoctoral fellow in January 2006. His project is to decipher the roles of BAF250, a unique subunit of the ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling BAF complex, in ES cell self-renewal and differentiation and in cardiogenesis.

Xuling Huang, PhD, MD
Xuling Huang studied hematopoietic stem cell and endothelial cell development with Professor Suda Toshio and received her PhD degree in 2000 from Kumamoto University in Kumamoto, Japan. She then joined the lab of Dr. Peter Oettgen as a research fellow at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center focusing on endothelial cell differentiation. Dr. Huang was awarded an NIH T32 training fellowship from the CVRC and joined the lab in June 2006. Her major project is to explore the function of PBAF specific subunit BAF180 in epicardial development and cardiac chamber maturation.

Xiaobo Zhang, MD
Xiaobo Zhang graduated from Hebei Medical University of China. He worked at the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University of China as Resident, Attending Physician, and Associate Professor. He came to the USA in 2005. Dr. Zhang is working as a volunteer interested in gaining in-depth research experience in cardiology.
