BURSARY: |

| There will be 6 bursary slots available to cover 1/2 of the registration costs ($750USD). Anyone requiring financial assistance MUST include a statement in their abstract indicating that they are applying for a bursary spot as well as a statement as to why they need financial assistance. |

To facilitate participants' travel and visa arrangements, please email the conference organizer at chenshall@partners.org, an invitation will be sent upon request. The letter does not imply the provision of any financial or other support, unless otherwise specified by the organizers. |

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE: |
|
|
A certificate of attendance will be issued at the time of registration to delegates who have indicated that they will need a certificate. Please email chenshall@partners.org at least one week before the start of the conference to ensure you receive your certificate. |

| PASSPORTS AND VISAS: |
|
|
Passport holders from most countries are granted a 90-day stay upon entry to into France. Visa free travelers entering the France under the visa Waiver Program require individual machine readable passports. For country-specific visa information, please visit www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/en/.
Participants attending the conference who require an entry visa for France are advised to make the necessary arrangements well in advance of their departure. Please ensure that their visa is valid for a sufficient duration. A letter of invitation from the conference planner (chenshall@partners.org) may be requested in writing in order to facilitate your visa application. |
